A Cloud Architect is an infrastructure professional, who does not architect or re-architect applications. These are different domains, with different technical backgrounds. If you are a Cloud Application Architect, that doesn't qualify you to be a Cloud Architect, who's professional domain is integration of cloud resources, such as virtualization, object storage and networking, not developing or architecting applications.
