I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Lansing, MI) in Sep 2013
Interview
Very smooth and pretty casual. Met at a McDonalds. It was basically set up on how can I get this person to say yes to working for me. So it was more of the employer trying to convince me on what a great opportunity it would be to work for him and less of whether or not I am good enough. Majority of the talking was from the employer.
Very easy and relax. Was asked basic questions including previous job experience and how I heard about the job. The person who interviewed me was very nice and he was accommodating when asking "harder" or more difficult questions to answer.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Chandler, AZ)
Interview
A bit over the top for what they offer. Ill equipped management team, holding interviews for jobs they don't comprehend. Managment completely out of their depth. they run the show from their home office.

Interview
over the phone interview, everyone I spoke to was friendly. They were also easy to contact during the hiring process. Were eager for me to join the team and assured me I would do great.
