They contacted me by phone asking me whether I were interested in a position in HR in Milan since I lived in a different city. I accepted and went for the interview where I found out It was about an internship outside of Milan and required to have a car in order to get there (I didn't-they should have told me from the beginning) because there were no other means of transport. The Interview lasted almost 2 hours. First with the Recruiter and then with two HR Managers. At the end they told me I would be informed about the results, positive or negative ones...well, two months since then and I still have no clue... The fact is that I also sent an email to the Recruiter and I still didn't get an answer...!

Upon filling up the application form and successfully submitting it, an applicant may expect a phone interview or call as early as the next day. So, prepare yourself, e honest and research about the company.
