I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Manila, ) in Mar 2015
Interview
I submitted the application form to their recruitment email. I got a call and had a phone interview after one week. Basic questions were asked regarding my resume and extra-curricular work. I got a text message saying that the next step was a group business case study. I went to their headquarters and was ushered into a room with five other students. We introduced ourselves and answered some clarification questions. Then it was time for the business case. We had two minutes to read the case, 30 minutes to discuss, and one representative had to report to the two other human resources officers in the room. After that, they said to just wait for their call.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Madrid) in May 2024
Interview
First they review the CV. Then you have to take three psychotechnical tests and one personality test. If you pass the tests, they invite you to the offices to have a face-to-face interview to talk about you and ask about their products.
I applied for Mondelez Philippines. The application process took more than a month only for them to end up not informing me of their decision–not even a rejection letter. There was a lack of transparency the whole time. HR only reached out when it was convenient for them. They never attended to any of my concerns or follow-up emails. It was a complete waste of time and energy. Please train your team to do better.
