Really disappointing and unprofessional. The recruiter contacted me a few days after applying and arranged a phone call to talk about my experience and this role. A week later, I had an interview with the hiring manager. I felt it went well and it was aligned with my experience and what I’m looking for. They said they would let me know the following week, but they never contacted me again and they didn’t reply to my emails either. Very disappointing
