Video interview, had to record 3 videos, with set questions about why I want to work for for Mondelez, what specifically interests me about the company and what interests you specifically about the company. The questions were fairly simple questions, and you have to record for about 2 minutes each. You record the videos yourself and upload them in your own time so the pressure is not high.

Test, Hirevue, Assessment Centre with group task, roleplay and interview in person. Around 30 invited to AC, and 6 roles available. Very basic questions asked, minimal measure of technical ability.

Heel duidelijke procedure. Je solliciteert en als bij de vacature kijkt, zie je de volgende stappen: screening, assessment en business case oplossen en eind gesprek.

Interview
I applied online after completing a few longer questions of why I wanted to work there. I then had to completed some online, situational judgment tests. After passing these I was invited for a Skype interview, my Skype did not work so I ended up having a phone interview. I was not successful at getting an assessment day but they responded within 2 days to say that I had been rejected.

In the interview they asked me to talk though my CV, what I knew about Mondelez, why I wanted to work for them. They then asked some competency based questions, when I had been in a situation with 2 people having conflicting views and how I deal with those to resolve their views, when I had changed my approach which was not successful to benefit a group decision and when I had contributed ideas to improve a situation.
