I was contacted about a position based on an employee referral. After a couple phone conversations with department heads, I had a formal interview via skype for 3 hours. I was contacted within a week about a job offer.

Question 1
Mostly behavioral/situational questions. Some technical questions having to do with research I conducted for my most recent job, more along the lines of "how would you improve experimental design?"
