La entrevista fue muy bien; duró más de hora y media, durante la cual me mostraron las instalaciones y me explicaron detalladamente el rol y las tareas que realizaría. Acordamos hacer una segunda entrevista online con la responsable de Talent Acquisition a nivel europeo, aunque esta finalmente fue cancelada porque desde la fábrica expresaron su interés en incorporarme directamente al equipo. Sin embargo, desde que recibí ese correo de confirmación no he vuelto a tener ninguna noticia, lo que considero una falta de comunicación importante. Todavía estoy esperando una respuesta clara o, al menos, una explicación sobre por qué después de mostrar tanto interés inicial se produjo este silencio absoluto.

Initial phone interview followed by a competency and semi technical interview and an informal site visit. The semi technical interview focused mainly on how I would go about increasing the efficiency of and de bottleneck equipment. They continued to probe my answers, I found my answers were a bit too detailed and they were looking more of a general procedure. Process took 3 weeks from the phone interview. They offered me the job and withdrew it 2 weeks later because of a visa mistake on the companies side. Their HR was very disorganised.
