Despite the fact that the recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn first, she mentioned that the position was new and that she didn't even have a budget for it. It was difficult to get updates on where the organization was with respect to the application process. Overall, it was a very unprofessional and discouraging process resulting in my withdrawal from consideration.
