We are looking for an LMS Platform Specialist to join our Platform Enablement Team (PET), working primarily with our long-term Learning Management System (LMS) partner, Docebo.

Guykat provides a professional premium support engagement with GuyKat clients and partners who have adopted Docebo as their Learning Management System (LMS). This role focuses on inbound queries and day-to-day administrative support for some of the largest organisations in the world. As you grow into this role, there will be requirements to attend virtual/face-to-face client calls to deliver training on Docebo (including new features & functionality) to platform administrators, regular engagement calls and troubleshooting queries.

You will be fully supported within a team of experts and will start with a full onboarding programme, designed to introduce you to the GuyKat ways of working and accumulate the knowledge of Docebo that is required for the role. However, there is no ceiling to the amount of knowledge you will accumulate during your time here! The majority of our inbound requests in PET are managed through a shared support inbox, with the team responsible for maintaining this. There may also be requirements to provide dedicated support (or managed services) within a clients infrastructure. As we look to improve constantly, the team is also involved in researching and developing new systems to aid in enhancing the service we provide at GuyKat.

In this role, you will work with your team and the clients to respond and resolve a wide range of requests promptly, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a flexible proactive attitude. Your role in the team is pivotal in delivering a successful service that is recognised as premium above and beyond support. It requires a genuine passion to work as part of a busy, collaborative team to meet and exceed the expectations required both internally and by the clients.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS’s) and supporting users of web-based systems would be an advantage, but not essential. What counts is that you are a confident, outgoing person who loves responsibility, challenges, and teamwork. You must be confident in your ability to present information to our clients and internally, who will rely on you for knowledge about the Learning Management System (LMS).

As the role is fully remote, there is a high importance for collaboration and being visible with your colleagues. There is a need for you to show enthusiasm for absorbing learning quickly and can motivate yourself and work on resolving issues with a view to sharing knowledge amongst others in the team. The role requires a team player and someone who is conscientious and likes to see problems through to resolution. The ability to effectively manage your time and collaboration with colleagues across the UK, EMEA & US as well as ensuring our clients receive the best level of service is essential.
