About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior SAP ABAP & Fiori SME to join a global AMS and transformation team supporting one of the world's leading enterprise technology organizations.

This role is ideal for a seasoned SAP technical professional with deep expertise in ABAP development, SAPUI5/Fiori applications, and modern SAP technologies. You will contribute to application support, continuous improvements, SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, and enterprise-wide digital innovation programs.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business process understanding and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality SAP solutions in complex global environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP ABAP development across ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Design, develop, support, and optimize ABAP solutions, interfaces, enhancements, reports, and custom developments.
• Develop and maintain SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori applications, including both standard and custom solutions.
• Build and support OData services and SAP Gateway integrations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in AMS activities, continuous improvement initiatives, rollouts, and SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Support technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and code quality initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, design documentation, testing procedures, and deployment documentation.
• Collaborate with global technical and functional teams to ensure alignment with SAP development standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong experience supporting AMS environments and full lifecycle SAP projects.

• Experience with Git-enabled Change and Transport System (gCTS).
• Understanding of SAP transport management, version control, and security concepts.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP BTP extension development.
• Knowledge of RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
• Familiarity with cloud-native SAP development approaches.
• Experience with Agile, SAP Activate, ASAP, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• SAP development certifications are considered a plus.
