You will work directly with inbound and outbound prospects, helping identify opportunities, communicate value clearly, and manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.

This is a fully remote position requiring availability during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through email, calls, and virtual meetings.
• Understand customer goals, challenges, and requirements through effective discovery conversations.
• Translate customer needs into tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Build trust and maintain professional relationships throughout the sales process.
• Manage multiple conversations and opportunities simultaneously.
• Follow up consistently and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and handoff.
• Draft clear, professional, and persuasive emails and proposals.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance targets.
