Bilingual Dispatch Operative (English Required) – Barra da Tijuca, RJ

Mundi Limos is a global luxury ground transportation company headquartered in Miami, with offices in Europe and South America. We provide professional chauffeur and transportation services to corporate travelers, executives, and international clients worldwide.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Dispatch Operative to join our operations team in Rio de Janeiro.

This is an international operations role focused on logistics, transportation coordination, and customer service. It is not a call center position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch chauffeurs for scheduled reservations
• Monitor trips in real time to ensure on-time service
• Communicate with chauffeurs regarding schedule changes and updates
• Assist international clients in English via email and phone
• Track flights and adjust reservations when necessary
• Coordinate with affiliates and partners worldwide
• Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain accurate reservation and trip records

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, operations, hospitality, or customer service
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with scheduling, dispatch, CRM, or transportation software is a plus

Contract Details

• Contractor position (MEI required)
• Estimated workload: 40–50 hours per week
• Compensation: R$3,000 – R$4,000 per month, depending on experience
• On-site position in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro
