Our client is a Florida-based HVAC company specializing in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HVAC Operations Coordinator to join a growing team supporting HVAC and construction-related operations across South Florida, US. This is a highly dynamic role that combines customer communication, scheduling, operational coordination, permit administration, and CRM management. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow into a leadership position in the future. New hires will undergo a structured onboarding and training program during their initial six months.

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Coordinate and manage technician schedules and service appointments
• Support day-to-day operational activities and workflow management
• Work within Housecall Pro CRM to maintain accurate records and job information
• Assist with permit-related processes and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams, technicians, vendors, and customers
• Monitor ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items
• Resolve customer inquiries and support issue resolution
• Maintain organized documentation and operational records
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in construction, HVAC, building materials, home services, or a related industry
• Experience working with customers and handling phone communication
• Strong organizational skills
• High level of accountability and execution
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Stress-resistant and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks
• Fluent English
• Fluent Spanish
