Job Description Summary.
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving Viavi Solutions Brazil’s sales and growth by managing and expanding relationships with strategic customers. This professional will act as a trusted advisor, identifying customer needs and proposing Viavi Solutions Brazil solutions that add value to their businesses, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing of large deals.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including senior executives.

Develop a deep understanding of customers’ businesses, challenges and opportunities, effectively positioning Viavi Solutions Brazil solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineering, customer support and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.

Prepare and present sales proposals, progress reports and accurate forecasts.

Stay up to date on market trends, competitors and Viavi Solutions Brazil’s product and service portfolio.

Identify new market opportunities and expand Viavi Solutions Brazil’s customer base.

Participate in trade shows, industry events and customer meetings as needed.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in software, hardware or technology services sales, preferably in the telecommunications, networking or data center sectors.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
-
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills in Portuguese and English.
-
Experience managing large corporate accounts and complex sales cycles.

Knowledge of networking technologies, including fiber optics, 5G and SDN/NFV, as well as performance monitoring and security.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Availability for frequent travel within Brazil.

Strong customer orientation and passion for sales and technology.

Qualificações para o Trabalho:

Bacharelado em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Administração de Empresas ou área relacionada.

Mínimo de 7 anos de experiência comprovada em vendas de software, hardware ou serviços de tecnologia, preferencialmente no setor de telecomunicações, redes ou centros de dados.

Histórico comprovado de atingimento e superação de metas de vendas.

Fortes habilidades de comunicação, apresentação e negociação em português e inglês.

Experiência em gerenciamento de grandes contas corporativas e ciclo de vendas complexos.

Conhecimento das tecnologias de rede (fibra óptica, 5G, SDN/NFV), monitoramento de desempenho e segurança.

Capacidade demonstrada de trabalhar de forma independente e como parte de uma equipe.

Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes dentro do Brasil.

Forte orientação para o cliente e paixão por vendas e tecnologia.
