Job responsibilities

• Responsibility for AP Processes and daily interactions with Service Providers as BPO Accounting and Customs Agents
• Support BPO Accounting in Bank Reconcile tasks and Store teams with Cash daily closing
• Support the team in the analysis of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
• Ability to handle, interpret and analyze expense accounts.
• Participation in inventory analysis and inventory cycle counting.
• Collaboration in accounting tasks, including monthly closing deliveries.
• Support team in monitoring payments from clients for Compliance with COAF and AML demands.
Support team in FX Payments deals with Banks trade desk.

Profile

• Active student with at least one year left to finish their degree.
• Degrees related to Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with systems such as SAP and Oracle.
• Ability to multitask.
• Meticulous approach and attention to detail.
• Analytical skills to interpret financial data.
• Proactivity and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
• Teamwork and cooperation behavior.

• On-site (Monday to Thursday) / Home Office (Friday) Hours from 9 am to 4 pm or 10 am to 5pm
