Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Customer Service + Admin) — Remote, Brazil-Based

Caldry Roofing is a family-owned roofing, siding, and gutter company serving homeowners across the Indianapolis metro. We don't sell people — we consult them. Our whole approach is to help homeowners make a confident, informed decision about one of the most expensive things on their house. That mindset has to come through on every call, every email, every text.
We're hiring one full-time Virtual Assistant to be the calm, organized voice behind the scenes — and sometimes the first voice a customer hears. This is a long-term role with a real company, not a gig.
What You'll Actually Do
This role is split between talking to people and keeping us organized.
Customer-facing (about half your day):
- Answer inbound calls and respond to texts/emails from homeowners
- Make outbound follow-up calls to leads and past customers
- Schedule and confirm roof inspections and appointments
- Be the friendly, reassuring first point of contact — homeowners often call stressed about a leak or storm damage
Admin (the other half):
- Manage our CRM (JobNimbus) — enter leads, update job stages, keep records clean
- Organize the owner's inbox and calendar
- Build and send simple documents, proposals, and follow-up sequences
- Track tasks so nothing falls through the cracks
- Light reporting (where are leads in the pipeline, what needs follow-up)
Who We're Looking For
- Near-native spoken English. You'll be on the phone with American homeowners. Clear, warm, easy to understand. This is the single most important requirement.
- Strong written English — professional but human, no robotic templates
- Reliable home office: fast internet, quiet space, good headset, backup power/internet plan
- Comfortable on the phone and genuinely good with people who are frustrated or confused
- Organized to a fault — you like checklists, you don't drop balls
- Tech-comfortable — you can learn a CRM and new tools quickly
- Available 9–5 Eastern Time, consistently (this is roughly 10–6 your time)
Bonus points:
- Experience with JobNimbus, AcculynxCRM, or any contractor/home-services software
- Background in customer service, appointment setting, or inside sales
- Experience in home services, construction, or real estate
