On a typical day you will: Work on a daily basis with an experienced tutor, who will support you as you learn the job. Learn how electronic and mechanical systems work, connecting components to form complex systems Learn to carry out repair or modernization work on elevators of all brands Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring payment on time Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues What you will need to be successful (adjust for local regulations) You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or business administrator You have initial experience in the sale of technical products requiring consultation You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills You are characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability, with a drive to deliver results You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization Add any additional local requirements here What’s In it For Me / Benefits You will receive a long-term employment contract with the world market leader in a crisis-proof industry.
