About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior SAP SD SME to join a global AMS and transformation team supporting one of the world's leading enterprise technology organizations.
This role is ideal for an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution professional with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, SAP S/4HANA Sales, and enterprise integrations. You will support ongoing AMS operations while contributing to global transformation initiatives, process improvements, and large-scale SAP programs.
The ideal candidate combines strong SAP SD functional expertise, business process knowledge, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions in complex multinational environments.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SD solutions.

Configure, support, and optimize Sales and Distribution processes across global business operations.

Participate in AMS activities, rollouts, enhancements, and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Analyze business requirements and design scalable SAP solutions aligned with best practices.

Configure and support:Sales OrdersDeliveriesBilling ProcessesPricing ProceduresCredit ManagementTax DeterminationReturns Management

Support complex pricing models, commercial agreements, and tax-related business requirements.

Collaborate with FI, MM, TM, CPE, and technical teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.

Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and validation of enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, and custom developments.

Create and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, UAT documentation, and support procedures.

Contribute to global initiatives involving SAP TM, GTS, Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE), and enterprise integrations.
Required Qualifications

8+ years of SAP SD experience.

Proven experience supporting AMS environments and full lifecycle SAP implementations.

Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

Experience with EDI, IDocs, APIs, and integration frameworks.
