About Us:
Stormy Season is a performance jewelry brand targeting Gen Z, Millennials, athletes, and streetwear culture. We are launching our DTC e-commerce presence with TikTok Shop as our primary sales channel and are looking for a proven TikTok Shop expert to help us launch and grow.

IMPORTANT — Please read before applying:
This role requires demonstrated, hands-on TikTok Shop experience. Do not apply if you have not personally set up, managed, or scaled a TikTok Shop. Generic social media or e-commerce experience alone does not qualify. Applications without proof of work will not be considered.

To Be Considered You Must:

• Submit at least 2-3 real examples of TikTok Shops you have set up or managed
• Show measurable results — GMV numbers, creator recruitment numbers, conversion rates, or revenue growth
• Demonstrate specific knowledge of TikTok Seller Center, affiliate program setup, Open Plan and Target Plan configuration
• Be able to speak to commission rate strategy by product category
• Have experience recruiting and briefing creators for TikTok Shop affiliate programs

Role Overview:
We need a hands-on TikTok Shop specialist to help us set up, launch, and scale our TikTok Shop from the ground up. This is a part-time contract role with potential to grow significantly as the brand scales.

Responsibilities:

• TikTok Shop Seller Center setup and full configuration
• Product listing creation and optimization for 5 SKUs
• Affiliate program setup and management
• Creator and influencer recruitment, outreach and briefing
• Commission rate strategy by category
• Launch planning and execution
• GMV Max campaign setup
• Performance tracking and weekly reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years hands-on TikTok Shop experience
• Portfolio of TikTok Shops you have personally built or managed
• Proven GMV results you can reference
• Deep knowledge of TikTok Seller Center inside and out
• Experience with fashion, accessories, jewelry, or lifestyle DTC brands strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• MUST speak fluent Engligh***
• Available to start in 2-3 weeks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: R$1,560.93 - R$2,601.55 per month
