Within this position, your key tasks will be to:
Manage and optimize Equinor’s gas sales portfolio in Brazil.
Lead negotiation of gas sales agreements, infrastructure access and related contracts.
Translate commercial strategy into execution plans and ensure delivery of results.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders (partners, customers, regulators).
Monitor regulatory, market and pricing developments and adjust strategy accordingly.
Ensure alignment across commercial, trading, operations, legal and risk functions.
Enable effective collaboration and decision-making across teams and stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes and performance.
Contribute to team capability development and knowledge sharing aligned with business needs.

Relevant degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in gas commercialization, energy markets or commercial / deal structuring roles.
Proven leadership ability to manage complex deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
Strong negotiation experience and stakeholder management capabilities.
In depth understanding of Brazilian gas and power market and regulatory framework.
Ability to represent both the team and Equinor in an external industry capacity.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
