Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Anywhere RPA Developer to join our Intelligent Automation team. This professional will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using the Automation Anywhere platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, experience working with business stakeholders, and the ability to deliver scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Development

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 (Automation 360).
• Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable bots following Automation Anywhere development best practices.
• Build integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, SAP, Oracle, web applications, and legacy systems.

Subject Matter Expertise

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to gather and refine automation requirements.

Operational Support

• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize bot performance, and implement enhancements.
• Support production environments, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.

Governance & Documentation

• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and operational runbooks.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and development standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to automation governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing bots using Automation Anywhere A360 (Automation 360).
• Strong experience with Automation Anywhere Control Room, Bot Creator, Bot Runner, and Bot Insight.
• Experience with attended and unattended automations.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced/Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (AAP).
• Experience with IQ Bot and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• Experience implementing enterprise-scale RPA programs.
• Knowledge of AI-powered automation and Machine Learning concepts.
• Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or Process Discovery.
• Experience integrating with Microsoft Power Platform or UiPath.
• Experience in cloud-based automation environments.
• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments.
• Knowledge of Intelligent Automation and Hyperautomation strategies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
