      Pros

      Company with a strong sense of ethics, of following the law correctly. Does absolutely nothing that is illegal. Wonderful work environment, practically all employees have been working there for over 10 years. I worked there for 18 years and it was wonderful. Managers have a strong sense of trust in their employees and give them the freedom to do their job in the best way possible. Excellent emotional environment, as well as coworkers.

      It's hard to get a pay rise.
