      Autonomy, Responsibility, Teamwork, Purpose, Diversity... Working at Decathlon is to have a clear purpose in moving people through the wonders of sports. If you love sports and it's benefits: health, teamwork, ambition in getting better, happiness, it's the place to be. You can change lives, here... for better. Working at Decathlon is also knowing that you have your responsibilities, but also the autonomy to be the game changer in what you do. You will be heard and you can take risks in your decisions, knowing that you won't be alone. Also, the management scheme is always followed with your leader regularly so you can be constantly developing your soft and hard skills towards the project that you aim in the company. Collective and individual meetings doing what we love the most: sports! :)
