Always using the latest LTS version of all frameworks Many high technologies to learn. almost any legacy technology to maintance many engineers with high xperience level

Cons

the onboarding is superficial, but the architecture is very complex, so need to improve the technical onboarding for new joiners

I have nothing to say but to be thankful to FARFETCH! Since the first contact I felt highly valued as human and professional, then I realized it was about a company with a culture of solid values and principles; shared all over its representatives.

Cons

Like everything in this life (including life itself), constant change and growth are essential. Taking a closer look to people, not only at securing and mantaining rights and equity, but as well as to keep it a positive challenging experience is a must in order to keep us feeling respected yet bold.
