      People are definitely where this company shines. You will find lots of talented people which are friendly and like to share knowledge. Interesting projects to work with. Freedom to explore solutions and choose the stack for the project, in agreement with the team. Good benefits, such as Profit Sharing. Good culture, with discouraged extra working hours and a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Lower salary than expected in market and slow salary progression. Make sure to get a good deal on your start salary.
