      Pros

      The culture here is very people oriented. Everybody is willing to help each other out by sharing and collaborating. Definitely a great place to grow your career and specialization.

      Intact is an incredibly progressive company that genuinely cares about its employees

      Pros

      Everyone I've met here at Intact has been very kind and easy to talk to. Employees are encouraged to ask questions, and to continuously think about ways to improve, both processes within the company and themselves. Furthermore, employees are encouraged to take their vacation time, to avoid burnout; the company thinks of its employees as people, rather than "cogs in the machine".

      Cons

      Glassdoor requires you to put at least 5 words here, but I can't think of any cons as of right now.
