      Pros

      Smaller scale studio with tons of talent. The team it tighly knit. It feels like a family here. Great sense of belongning with the group. Benefits are great compared to most studio in Montreal. Smaller studio with the means and support system of a big one. Part of Wizards of the Coast

      Cons

      We still feel the studio is growing. Still missing talent in key areas. Good place to build for the future if that's what you like

      Pros

      -great people -perks/insurance/days off (the most impressive numbers of given holidays I saw so far at montreal.seriousy.insurance are also something) -lots of D&D, magic card,etc. Swag -you can bring your doggo, if its a chill doggo -pay is good

      Cons

      -less opportunity to grow up as an employee - area around is becoming hella expensive ( st-henri hood)
