      Decent but not for everyone

      Pros

      Good salary and benefits, environment depends a lot on your team. Generally reasonable to good if you work with credit risk models or other data scientist positions.

      Cons

      The company is too divided. You constantly need to talk with other teams for anything, and even basic stuff is behind a mountain of red tape and bureaucracy. To be efficient you basically need to develop your own shadow IT solutions. Also prepare yourself for a lot of boot licking and worshipping your boss if you want to go anywhere.

      Pros

      Good payment, above and beyond the market. Excellent benefits above the market also. So many attractions and activities you can do even out of office such as clubs, cinema, etc. Also employees don't pay the main bank fees.

      Cons

      Old and hierarchical culture. The company is changing to a sturtup mindset but unfortunately there are too many people didn't want to change, that they have more than 10 or 15 years in the company. They hire people for do some thing but when they are at the company they do another activities not related to their role. A culture of delivery quantity than better quality products is yet the bad point of the company. Care about delivering projects is not the right way to follow, but delivering quality.
