      Low pay. Different pay for the same role. Absurd kpi's to keep your pay low. Apart of 3 monthly free products, company is really miserable with money and events

      Ruining a great company

      Pros

      Wonderful colleagues, good training, excellent team leaders, okay salary, excellent health benefits, free products.

      Cons

      After Covid hit, everything fell apart. Management no longer trusting, atmosphere in home employment always negative as constant mistrust by management soured working relationships and atmosphere.
