      Many jobs to apply to, fixed hour pay

      Cons

      Only hourly pay and you work through them, so you need to check in what you did daily with them and it is possible that if you were contracted directly with the company you could ask for more and may have more benefits

      Pros

      Proxify is an excellent company to work for. You can achieve a perfect balance between your work and personal life, as you have considerable autonomy to manage your tasks, and they provide support when needed.

      Cons

      Regarding benefits, the company offers no extras beyond the hourly wage, such as paid vacation or health insurance. It took me almost a year to secure a project, and unfortunately, feedback has been minimal.
