Opportunity to work with a eletronic industry giant and with people from other countries. Best meal and market ticket whem comparing to its local competition. Great office architecture.
Cons
Salary below market average. Zero possibility of working full time from home. Lots of narrow thinking from upper and direct management. Very burocratic workflows. Not clear career path inside the company. No need to be a software engineer to perform most of the work.
