40 hours of sick pay every calendar year. Unused sick time is paid out at the end of the year.

The company has great insurance, 401K matching, and other health wellness benefits. They do not offer remote work though, and that I think is the biggest benefit downfall. Remote work was available through the height of the pandemic though.

The vacation time, benefits and insurance are great.

Decent 401k (matches 5% of salary), pension (2%-3% salary match based on tenure) and health insurance, excellent dental. Some additional corporate perks including gym reimbursement, etc. Employee stock purchase plan at 5% discount.
