Nothing was offered to me while employed there. They were trying to cut down on expenses. They claimed that they were not doing well for their profits.

The hourly pay is pretty good in a terrible city with no jobs. The 401K is pretty decent for when you get fired, pretty good payout. Healthcare beats the Affordable Care Act, but you will still have to pay a good amount for procedures.
