The benefits are good. Lots of options outside of healthcare. Good fitness plan, weight loss plans, parenting help

It is a decent package in todays environment where we no longer have employer supplied insurance that is paid for. It is subsidized now. The retirement package is about the same for most places. Nothing spectacular or poor. Mediocre. It is not what it once was 20 years ago.

The benefits package is very strong and starts from day 1. The company covers a larger portion of the premium than most other employers do, especially within this industry. However, their flexibility in the working from home policy is very rigid.
