"Unlimited PTO has its pros and cons. It backfires a lot with people actually taking less as to not appear abusive. As well as no payout of unused PTO when you leave."

The best thing about Indeed’s benefits package was how easy everything was to use and navigate. They had strong employee support, including a hotline you could call whenever questions came up, which made the process feel very accessible and employee-friendly. Overall, I felt the benefits were very fair and more supportive than what I’ve experienced at many other companies.
