5th Planet Games interview questions

I was called very quickly after submitting my resume and application for the position, within a week. I was called into the interview and they administered a programming test over the course of 3 days that involved creating a game ui in flash that communicated with php and options that used xml. I was given the position the following day and started the following monday.

Everyone was friendly and easy going during the process. The entire process was lengthy but that can be expected when hiring for certain positions. The process consisted with a phone interview and then a more lengthy in person panel interview which can be a bit stressful but they did a good job of being positive and engaging.
