ADM IT Manager interview questions

Very standard process. HR then hiring manager then panel onsite. The onsite was very standard questions, it was designed more of a "does he/she" for our company. The people were very nice, the hiring manger was very accommodating and friendly. When I originally applied I was told there would be relo benefits to Illinois but, the team thought I would be better suited to lead from Ohio. The salary and benefits were first class but, the relo package was worthless.
