      Mechanical Engineer Interview

      Aug 3, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AMEC (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2011

      Interview

Your interview will be with the hiring manager, who you will be reporting to directly. Interview process is relaxed with a mixture of behavioural and technical questions. For a site job, the main goal is to see if you can get the job done with minimal mistakes. The other goal is to screen you with respect to your capability of adjusting to working on site.
