This interview was a very straight forward behavioral interview. Nothing out of the ordinary. More focused on cultural fit and someone with the right mindset than a previous experience for this internship.
They just asked a lot of behavioral questions that were very easy to answer and two questions about financial planning where i had to analyze an asset map and make suggestions for the client

HR was very welcoming. Typical HR process, not too technical on things.
During my interview, only Operations, Sales and HR had openings. Chose operations.
HR didn't brief me much on the job, my managers did it during my first day.
