Interview
Straight forward process. Upon getting into contact with a representative from the company you will find a mutual time to schedule an interview. You will then go into the office for a one on one with a Financial advisor, The interview is more behavioral than tactical.

After sending in application, was quickly brought in for in-person interview. Relatively painless, mainly clerical questions, availabilities...etc. I have the impression that most of the screening actually occurred at the resume stage.

Interview
I was brought in for an interview a few weeks after I applied. I was referred by an employee, but others applied through the company website. After I sent my resume and cover letter in, I was contacted later for an interview for the following week. It was not too difficult, and the recruiter was really nice. The two professionals who interviewed me were two leaders of the wealth management team in the branch.

They asked pretty straightforward questions and asked me to walk me through my resume. Then they asked why I wanted to intern at the company and what I hope to get out of it.

Interview
The interview process was very comfortable, casual, and friendly. It was more of a conversation than intimidating interview. We talked about me but he did an excellent job of answering any questions I had as well as telling me information that I didn't think to ask about.
