phone interview followed by a interview with mulitple managers . everything is laid back , they might ask you to sell something that you are familiar with . no real tough questions, they just want to see if you are personable and would be fine talking to brokers when you are on the phone. Usually they are getting people right out of college and will be their first job so few understand the landscape of retirement products
