Scenario based interview, given a programme of possible work with some details and asked questions about how I might deliver the individual projects and in what order. No obviously right or wrong answer, just had to justify my thinking.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AXA UK (Birmingham, Inglaterra) in Feb 2021
Interview
Usual interview process whereby they use the competency style questions, like ' tell me about a time when you...'. You had three or four competency questions to answer aa fully aa possible.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at AXA UK in Apr 2023
Interview
The recruitment process was in 3 stages: online application, screening call, video interview. I applied online and then had a screening call with the Clinical Services Manager. I didn't hear back for a few weeks and then I got an apologetic call asking if I'm still interested in the role, offering to progress to the final interview stage. The final interview stage was a 2 people panel (direct supervisors and managers) and was split into 4 sections: an overview about the role with a CV overview and discussion; case study, competency based questions and questions for the candidate (including availability for shifts, pay, etc). Overall had a pleasant experience during the interview. The interviewing managers made a point to discuss shifts& other committments and plan for workload with wellbeing of staff in mind, which in my experience is a sign of a healthy environment, where decision-makers care about their staffs wellbeing and sanity.
