AXA UK interview questions

My first interview for Axa Health done over Microsoft teams by two of the sales managers who were friendly and very informative about the advertised role. A general chat and numerous competency based questions.

After initial phone call with recruiter talking about skills, two rounds of formal interview with two interviewing managers. The first was asking textbook interview questions. Not very interested in the answers, just checking off a requirement in their process. The second was a technical questionnaire followed by SQL test.
