I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AXA UK (Londres, Inglaterra) in Sep 2019
Interview
I prepared the application, and a week later received a call asking to confirm my email and if I was interested in doing their analytical test. I didn't receive any test nor email. It is impossible to get in touch with the HR team as there are no contacts available on the website, and they use a no-reply email address. The only reason not to send the analytical test is that I did not have a British accent because it is all they could have learned in a 30-second phone call.
It's sad that in 2019 a corporation like AXA UK uses still these tactics.
Furthermore, if they had the intention to send the test, they wouldn't have needed to call only to confirm my email or to ask if I wanted to go through that testing.

We are very sorry to read your review on Glassdoor and disappointed to learn you have not had a great experience. We can only assume there must have been a system error with the email not being received into your inbox. Please do try and reach out to your local AXA branch by calling 01473 212422 and ask for the Resourcing team, and we can then discuss further.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at AXA UK
Interview
The process began with completing an online questionnaire which is straightforward. Once successful, was invited to complete a psychometric test, which I later found out was successful in. The last process was an interview with two senior personnel which lasted approximately 1 hour asking scenario based questions.
