Interview
The recruitment process goes on in two or three rounds. You need to clear the aptitude test followed by a technical one to one interview and believe me they get the originality of what and how much you know out of you. Once you clear the technical round, you are about to join the company. All you need to do is be yourself and original in the HR interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Nāgpur, Maharashtra) in Jan 2011
Interview
I got placed from college campus. First, there was an aptitude test consisting of Quantitative aptitude, Maths and English tests. Then, there was a personal interview regarding your intentions in the future and willingness to work late hours, night shifts, etc. Then, there was a technical interview which was quite easy. They didn't expect a lot from you technical wise.
