2 rounds of interview apart from HR rounds. One hard core technical round and another was a management round. The interview altogether is a lengthy process and generally happens via phone.

Technical rounds is really about inside out for my speciality. Management round is all about different viewpoints on management, I do not think there is a single right answer. It's more of a discussion at this level.
