Accenture Associate Manager interview questions

There is atleast one technical round, After the technical round is cleared, someone will take a Manager level round to kind of cross verify the technical competence. If cleared, the HR round will happen (either Face to face or via skype)

Poor Interview process along with Non responsible HR Team. They never ever reply back to email. Mail contains detailed as Face to face and it was telephonic round of interview from Bangalore. Later day, got the status confirmation for clearance of technical round of interview and HR will call me for final round of discussion. After two days, checked my status - it shows as "On hold - No demand." On Accenture portal. My simple question to HR Team, if there is no demand then why you guys are calling candidates for interview ? Is this how Accenture runs recruitment process ? So beware of guys, do not waste time and energy to get interview with Accenture.
