Accenture Associate Software Developer interview questions

They asked me whether I will be available for onboarding or not, they said they are sending the offer letter within 10 mins. They sent me rejection letter after 30mins.

I am preparing for a three-step interview process. The first round focuses on coding and aptitude, where I'll be tested on my problem-solving and technical skills. The second round is a communication skills assessment, specifically a spoken words test to evaluate my verbal abilities. The final round is a formal interview to assess my overall fit for the role.
