I applied through college or university. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Bombaim) in Sep 2024
Interview
I cleared the campus hiring process from a college in Mumbai.
We had an initial mcq test, then a coding assessment with 2 array questions, both back to back on the same day in one sitting. We immediately got the results on mail after submitting the test. People who qualified had automated online communication assessments from home then an interview (also from home).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviewer asked me about my projects, my role in them, how I worked in teams, difficulties managing people in projects, why do I want to join accenture, etc. pretty simple, nothing major.
Final Interview round was easy for a fresher level job. However, 1st round (i.e.) aptitude was medium to difficult level. Technical section in the aptitude round was bit difficult for a fresher, however it was optional.

Question 1
Describe an incident where you made a mistake and turned it into an opportunity to learn and made use of it the best way possible.
Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.
the interview process was good and it was good you will be selected from an online technical round for the interview. prepare with your projects and work on your communication skills
